ANGELINA FLETCHER died March 20, 2011 at Rossville Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Center, Rossville, KS at the age of 78. She was born on March 25, 1932 in Augsburg, Germany
the daughter of Karl and Amalie (Lutzenberger) Linner. Angie married Eugene Fletcher and
worked as a presser for the US Army. They moved to Junction City, KS where she worked at
One Hour Martinizing Cleaners. In 1999 they moved to Clifton, KS, then to Topeka a short time
later. Eugene preceded her in death on June 29, 2003. Angie is also preceded in death by two
sisters, Elizabeth Burkhart and Rosa Hiegel and a special great niece, Ulrike (Wackerl) Eggert.
Angie was a member of the First Christian Church in Junction City, the First Christian Church in
Clifton and the German-American Club.
Survivors include:
Son: Michael and wife Ann Fletcher, Topeka, KS
Grandchildren: Eric and Sarah Fletcher
Many nieces and nephews in Germany
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Ft. Riley
Cemetery in Ft. Riley Kansas.
Burial will be at the Ft. Riley Cemetery, Ft. Riley, Kansas.
