ANNA MAE STALEY, 88 died January 19, 2008 at the Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS. She was born on July 22, 1919 in Washington Co., KS the daughter of Frank and Myrtle (Dalrymple) Weiche. Anna Mae graduated from Barnes High School. She married Clarence Staley in 1946. He preceded her in death in 1985. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clay Center, H.E.U for over 50 years, American Legion Auxillary for 49 years, Neighborhood Club and 4-H leader. She is also preceded by a brother, Donald Weiche. Survivors: Son: Jim and wife Lois Staley, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Judy and husband Kenneth Stitt, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 3 Grandchildren & 1 Great-grandson Funeral Services: Tuesday,January 22, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Minister: Pastor Glenn Tombaugh Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation:3-8 PM Monday at the funeral home Memorials: Anna Mae Staley memorial fund to be designated later, c/o the funeral home
