Audrey Pfizenmaier

AUDREY ANN PFIZENMAIER, 78 died December 20, 2013 at Presbyterian Manor in Clay Center, KS. She was born on December 13, 1935 in Clay County, KS. The daughter of Ernest and Julia (Marshall) Small. Audrey was raised in Clay County and graduated from CCCHS in 1953. She married Paul Pfizenmaier on December 13, 1953. They made their home north-west of Clay Center and farmed for 34 years. In 1988, they moved to Clay Center. Paul preceded her in death on May 8, 1997. Audrey was a member of the United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School, West Riverside H.E.U., NEA Study Club, Palco Art Club, Meals on Wheels, Willing Workers Club, Red Cross Volunteer, painting class instructor and several quilting groups. She is also preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, Helen Small, great-granddaughter, Anna Pfizenmaier and sister, Dorothy Anderson.
