Bob C. Standifer died January 2, 2009 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS at the age of 80. Bob was born on February 3, 1928 in Wister, Oklahoma the son of H.L. Standifer and Bonnie Moore.
He grew up in Wister, Oklahoma before moving to Norman, Oklahoma. He graduated from Central State University. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 until 1953. Bob married Bonita Sunderland on July 3, 1954 and the couple moved to Pueblo, Colorado in the early 1960s. Bob was an elementary school teacher and principal in the Pueblo School District for many years. The couple moved to Clay Center in 2006.

Niece: Vicki and her husband, Randy Meyer, Linn, Kansas
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 9, 2009 at 10:30 AM at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Chapel in Clay Center, Kansas.
Officiating the service will be Pastor Grant Clay of the Clay Center Evangelical Covenant Church.
Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
