Carmen Cyr

Carmen Cyr, 87 died January 26, 2020 in Clay Center, KS. He was born on January 8, 1933 in Miltonvale, KS, the son of Loyd and Anna Mae (Adams) Cyr. Carmen was raised in the Miltonvale community and was a graduate of Miltonvale High School in 1951. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. Carmen married Carolyn Robertson in 1958 and later divorced. He worked as a distributor for Tip Top Dairy for many years. Carmen married Betty (Jensen) Bergsten on February 8, 1975. She preceded him in death on January 18, 2020. Carmen was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. He was also preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Donna Trindall; brother in law, Wesley Trindall and brother in law, Leon Johnson.

Funeral Services: Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 1:00PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, KS

Minister: Rev. Scott Lingle

Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas

Visitation: Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 3-8 PM at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 4:30-6 PM
