Carol Every

CAROL ANN EVERY died March 20, 2011 at her residence in Clay Center, KS at the age of 66. She was born on July 27, 1944 in Newton, Kansas the daughter of Vernon and Virginia (Collins) Peterson. Carol was raised in Peabody, KS. She married Francis Every on Jan 30, 1978. She worked as a cook at the Deli Shop and cleaned houses in Clay Center for many years. Francis preceded her in death on February 4, 2010. Carol was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Eagles Lodge and American Legion Auxiliary. She is also preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, James and Paul Robinson and other family members. Survivors include: Son: Dave Every, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Crystal and husband Robert Slack, Clay Center, KS Brother: Larry Peterson, Miss. Brother: Bruce Robinson, Newton, KS Sister: Martha Brannan, Newton, KS Sister: Tammy Keenan, Hill City, KS Sister: Jana Bone, Tuckerman, AR 3 Grandchildren Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 11:00AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Paul Tessaro. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS. Memorials can be made to the Carol Every Memorial Fund to be designated later.
