Carol was born January 18, 1964 in Tacoma, Washington to Karl Langenback and Judy Klassen. She was raised in Allentown, Pa. Carol lived in Miltonvale for many years. She married Christopher Maurich on October 21, 1990. They made their home in Wakefield, Ks. She worked as a cook and a bartender for several area businesses. Carol enjoyed riding her motorcycle across the states before becoming sick with Rheumatoid arthritis and becoming paralyzed in 2014. Carol was a life member of ABATE Kansas and was a former Board Member of ABATE. She also was with Motorcycle Riders Foundation. Carol enjoyed being with family and friends and always enjoyed having her grandchildren around. Carol’s favorite holiday was the 4th of July and enjoyed having family and friends at the lake for her annual 4th of July BBQ. She will be sadly missed by many friends. She is preceded in death by her father and grandson.
