Charlene Graham

CHARLENE L GRAHAM died August 14, 2010 at Mercy Regional Health Center , Manhattan, KS at the age of 79. She was born on April 26, 1931 in Manhattan Kansas, the daughter of Richard and Freida (Theel) Gier. She graduated from Manhattan High School in 1949. She married Jerry Del Graham on November 20, 1950 and he preceded her in death. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and dancing. She was a member of the Miltonvale Wesleyan Church, VFW Auxiliary, and she was a Jolly Mixer. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Vernon and a son in-law, Dean Morgan. Survivors include: Daughter: Janet and her husband, Mel Giersch, Concordia, KS Son: Jerry Graham, NE Sister: Lucille and husband Ray Willingham, Sylvan Grove, KS Brother: Richard and wife Rayola Gier, Tulsa, OK Brother: Larry and wife Donna Gier, McAllen, TX 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren Sister In-Law: Sally Gier, Manhattan, KS Memorial Services will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the Wesleyan Church in Miltonvale, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Pastor Mark Surbrook. Burial will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, KS. Visitation will be held on There will be no respect calls. Memorials can be made to may be made to the Miltonvale Wesleyan Church or to the Miltonvale Senior Citizen Center.
