Cindy Smith

Cynthia L. "Cindy" Smith of Holton, KS passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the Pines Assisted Living facility in Holton, KS after a courageous battle with brain cancer.  Cindy was born on December 2, 1968 at Fort Riley KS, the daughter of Carlton L. and Carol (Green) Miller.  She was a 2015 graduate of Holton High School.  Cindy took great pride in accomplishing that goal.

She worked as sales clerk at the Holton Walmart until her health declined.  Cindy enjoyed hunting and fishing, but she especially loved fishing for catfish.  She was preceded in death by her father, Carlton Miller.

Son: Michael Oom, Morrill, KS
Daughter: Carole Oom, Junction City, KS
Three Grandchildren
Special friend and Caretaker: Shannon Sawyer, Holton, KS

Memorial Services: 10:00 AM Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the Clay Center Christian Church, Clay Center, KS

Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date
