Cynthia Ann Slade

CYNTHIA SLADE died November 17, 2010 at Pinnacle Park Nursing Home, Salina, KS at the age of 76. CYNTHIA SLADE was born on March 28, 1934 in Clay Center, Kansas the daughter of George Slade and Edythe Walker. Cynthia was raised and made her home in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1953. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Church Circle, Order of Eastern Star for 50+ years and Beta Sigma Phi all of Clay Center. Survivors include: Sister: Sally and husband Gary Griffiths, Clay Center, KS Nephew: Slade and wife Terri Griffiths Nephew: Stuart and wife Cindy Griffiths Nephew: 15 great nieces and nephews Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2010 at 1:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 2-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to First Presbyterian Church c/o the funeral home.
