Daniel Thomas Crimmins

DANIEL THOMAS CRIMMINS died December 19, 2007 at Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS at the age of 80. He was born on January 11, 1927 in Clay County Kansas, the son of Thomas Michael Crimmins and Loretta O'Donnell. He was raised and farmed in the Kimeo area before moving to Clay Center area in 1968. He married Melvina Klozenbucher on October 21, 1950 and she survives of the home. He was a member of the SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, American Legion, Elks Club and the Country Club. He was a Navy veteran of WWII. He is preceded by a granddaughter. Survivors include: Wife: Melvina Crimmins, Clay Center, KS Son: Mike and wife Babette Crimmins, Clay Center, KS Son: Jerome and wife Jody Crimmins, Clay Center, KS Son: Steven and with Kathy Crimmins, Clay Center, KS Son: James and wife Kim Crimmins, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Susan Bloom, Clay Center, KS Brother: Joseph and wife Sandy Crimmins, Topeka, KS Sister: Margaret and husband Wilfred Wurtz, Fairfield Bay, AR Sister: Evelyn and husband Chuck Malone, Casa Grande, AZ Sister: Lorene and husband Bob Nelson, Rocky Ford, CO Grandchildren: 15 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 10:30 AM at the SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Father Larry Grennan. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 21 from 3-7:30pm with Rosary at 7:30 at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Daniel Thomas Memorial Fund to be designated later c/o funeral home.
