Darlene McCann, 84 died December 10, 2018 in Clay Center, KS. She was born on March 13, 1934 in Nemaha County, KS, the daughter of Carl and Reba (Rokes) Shuler. Darlene grew up in Oregon, and California. Her family followed the fruit harvests. She married Loren McCann on April 11, 1950. Darlene worked for her son Bob at Modern Shoe Repair and Rush’s Leather and Boot Repair. She was a member of the Clay Center Wesleyan Church, Republican Valley CB Club, and the 10-9ers. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers: Lawrence, Harold, Lyle, Jerry, sisters: Viola, and Bonnie, step-brother, Harold Yardley, step-sisters: Donna, Goldie, and Shirley, and son-in-law: Frank Clark.
