DAVE TRUMBLE died February 27, 2013 at Via Christi St. Francis Hosptial, Wichita, KS at the age of 57. He was born on January 26, 1956 in Abilene Kansas, the son of James Jr and Jean Marie (Fengel) Trumble. Dave was raised in Oak Hill and graduated from CCCHS in 1974. He married Marie Cheney in 1977 and they later divorced. Dave graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in 1981 and a Masters in 1983. He worked as a ranch manager for Fairleigh Feed Yard in Scott City, KS. Dave moved to Clay Center in 1989 and worked at Kansas State University as an Analytical Chemist in the Animal Science Department. He married Joyce Roberts on December 11, 2010 and they lived and farmed in Green, KS. Dave was a member of the Oak Hill Presbyterian Church and the Patriot Guard. Survivors include: Wife: Joyce Trumble, Green, KS Son: Grady and wife Amy Trumble, Garden Plaine, KS Son: Jesse Trumble, Jacksonville, NC Son: Travis and wife Stacy Charbonneau, Morganville, KS Son: Trevor Charbonneau, Kearney, NE Daughter: Tanna Charbonneau, Knoxville, TN Sister: Sherry Reed, Minneapolis, KS Brother: Douglas and wife DeDe Trumble, Newton, KS Sister: Carla and husband Greg Morrical, Beverly, KS Brother: Chris and wife Jennifer Trumble, Wichita, KS 5 Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the Presbyterian Church in Oak Hill, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Clint Decker and Pastor Gil Gillispie. Burial will be at the Rose Meron Cemetery, Clay County, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 2-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Leukemia/Lymphoma Society or Rose Meron Cemetery Fund c/o the funeral home
