Dawn Carlile

DAWN CARLILE died August 15, 2009 at her residence in Clay Center, Kansas at the age of 44. She was born on March 30, 1965 in Topeka, Kansas the daughter of Daniel Carlile and Charlene Davies. She was a waitress at the Lincoln Avenue Fountain and Grill and later was a cook at Medicalodge of Clay Center. Survivors include: Son: Jason Purcell, Manhattan, KS Parents: Daniel and Charlene Carlile, Indianola, IA Sister: Michelle and husband Derek Heglund, Mellen, WI Brother: David and wife Angie Carlile, Cedar Rapids , IA Grandparents: LeRoy and Inez Cowing, Clay Center, KS Grandmother: Pauline Carlile, Sedalia, MO Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 10:30 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev James Byers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Friday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Clay Center Animal Shelter
