Donald Hitsman

Donald Gary Hitsman, 71 died December 22, 2021, in Clay Center, KS.  He was born on December 1, 1950, in Clay Center, the son of Donald V. and Norma (Kubic) Hitsman.  Don was raised in the Clay Center community and was a graduate of CCCHS Class of 1968.  Following graduation, he served in the US Army.  Don returned to Clay Center and worked as a roofer for many years.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 101 and Eagles Lodge 3650.  Don was preceded in death by his parents and sons, Joshua Hitsman and Jamie Hitsman.

Graveside Services: 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Broughton Cemetery in Clay County, KS with military honors

Visitation: 5-7 PM Monday, December 27, 2021, at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home
