DORIS IRENE BRENNER died January 31, 2007 at Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS at the age of 87. DORIS IRENE BRENNERwas born on June 25, 1919 in Morganville, Kansas the daughter of August Kolling and Anna Lippe.
She was raised in Morganville, attended Morganville grade school and graduated Morganville High School in 1936. She attended the University of Kansas and Kansas State University. She married Arnold H. Brenner on February 19, 1939 and he preceded her on August 24, 1995. She and her husband lived in Maryland while he worked for the Washington Navy Yard and she taught school in Brandywine, Maryland. They moved to the Kansas City, Missouri area in 1945 where they lived until moving to Morganville, Kansas in 1983. Doris was a member of the Morganville United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She was active with the Red Cross and the March of Dimes. She was also preceded by one sister.

Grandchildren: 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007 at 10:30AM at the United Methodist Church in Morganville, Kansas. Officiating the service will be The Rev. Susan Sawyer and Pastor Gail Lund
Burial will be at the Bloom Cemetery, Clay County, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 4, 2007 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home
