Dorothy Haist

Dorothy Haist, 83 died December 12, 2025, in Clay Center, KS. She was born on May 16, 1942, the daughter of George and Gladys (Keating) Cornellisson. Dorothy married Jack Haist, and they made their home in the Miltonvale community. She worked as manager at the swimming pool and at the café, both in Miltonvale, for several years. Dorothy also worked in the bakery department at Ray’s Applemarket before retiring. Jack preceded her in death on August 10, 1990. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Jacob.

Funeral Services: 10:30 AM Thursday, December 18, 2025, the Christian Church in Miltonvale, KS

Burial: Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, Kansas

Visitation: 3-6 PM Wednesday, December 17 at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home in Clay Center
