DOROTHY KEELER died May 30, 2011 at Presbyterian Manor, Clay Center, KS at the
age of 90. She was born on December 1, 1920 in Clifton Kansas, the daughter of Arthur and
Eva Mae (Black) Knox. Dorothy was raised in the Clifton area. She married Glen Kahrs and
they later divorced. Dorothy then married Harold Keeler on January 14, 1955 and they made
their home in Clay Center. She worked at Bauer's Cleaners, Bandbox Cleaners and Swift and
Co., all of Clay Center, for several years. Dorothy is preceded in death by 4 brothers and a
daughter, Karen Garrelts.

Husband: Harold Keeler, Clay Center, KS
Son: Lyle and wife Brenda Kahrs, Mesa, AZ
Daughter: Deanna and husband Dean Buttermore, Oakdale, MN
Daughter: Barbara Ann and husband Randy Weatherby, Bartlesville , OK
Grandchildren: 10 Grand, 10 Great-grand and 5 Great-great-grand
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 10:30 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery in
Clay Center, Kansas.
Officiating the service will be Pastor Doug Wallace.
Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Friday at the funeral home
