Duane Hadorn

DUANE HADORN died February 28, 2012 at Park Villa Nursing Home, Clyde, KS at the age of 80. He was born on December 27, 1931 in Clay Center Kansas, the son of Walter Hadorn and Helen Leona Wasmer. Duane was raised in the Miltonvale area and graduated from Miltonvale High School. He married Carrie Alice Kaiser on August 12, 1951. They made their home and farmed in the Miltonvale area. Carrie preceded him in death on August 16, 2001. Duane was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include: Daughter: Cathy and husband Troy Henson, Robinson, KS Daughter: Julie and husband Randy Lange, Miltonvale, KS Daughter: Vickie and husband Steve Mzhickteno, Topeka, KS Daughter: Darcy and husband Jeff Blackwood, Miltonvale, KS Grandchildren: 13 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church in Miltonvale, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Mark Surbrook. Burial will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 5-7 PM Friday at Phelps Funeral Home in Miltonvale Memorials can be made to Park Villa Nursing Home or the Miltonvale Manor
