Duane Sanneman

DUANE CHARLES SANNEMAN died March 24, 2007 at Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS at the age of 82. DUANE CHARLES SANNEMAN was born on October 20, 1924 in Clay County Kansas, the son of Louis Sanneman and Doris Gridley. He was raised in Garfield Township in Clay County. He attended Bunker Hill School and graduated from Clay County Community High School in 1942. He married Marjorie Henry on July 30, 1948 and she survives of the home. He was a farmer and stockman in Garfield Township until retiring an moving to Clay Cener in 1996. He was a member of the Fact United Methodist Church and served as Clerk for Garfield Township for several years. He is preceded in death by a brother and sister. Survivors include: Wife: Marjorie Sanneman, Clay Center, KS Son: Douglas and Bonnie Sanneman, Clay Center, KS Son: Donn and wife Pamela Sanneman, Clay Center, KS Son: Arlyn and wife Linda Sannemann, Clay Center, KS Brother: Warren and wife Eloise Sanneman, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28 from 3-8pm at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Clay Center Cardiac Rehabilitaion Center.
