Earl Adams

JOSEPH ADAMS, 99 died July 17, 2007 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS. He was born September 29, 1907 in Linn,KS the son of Nepoleon and Mary Philomen (Martin)Adams. Earl grew up and farmed in the Linn-Palmer area. He married Mary C. Martin on March 8, 1943 at Kimeo, Kansas. They moved to Clay Center in 1969. Earl worked for Gilmore-Tatge in Clay Center until his retirement in 1975. He was a member of the S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and a former member of the Linn-Palmer Saddle Club. He was preceded in death by wife, two brothers and three sisters. Funeral Services: Thursday, July 19, 2007 at 10:00 am at the S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Minister: The Rev Larry Grennan Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation:3-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials: Memorials may be made to S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church or Meadowlark Hospice in care of the funeral home.
