Earl Mattingly

Earl D. Mattingly, 82 years died September 11, 2016 in Liberal, KS. He was born on September 13, 1933 in Clay Center, Kansas, the son of Gerald and Loma (Canfield) Mattingly. Earl was raised in Clay Center and lived his later years in Liberal, Kansas. He had a love for horses and his favorite horse was Tricky.
