Elfrieda Lohmeyer

ELFRIEDA EMMA LOHMEYER died June 24, 2010 at St. Francis Hosptial, Wichita, KS at the age of 88. She was born on April 30, 1922 in Palmer Kansas, the daughter of Fred and Clara (Blanken) Ohlde. Elfrieda was raised in the Palmer area and attended St. John's Parocial School. She married Arnold Lohmeyer on February 3, 1946, he survives of the home. Elfrieda was a member of St John's Lutheran Church. She is preceded in death by 2 sisters. Survivors include: Daughter: Peggy Dwire, Derby, KS Son: Stanton and wife Alice Lohmeyer, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 4 Grand, 5 Step-grand & 5 Great-grand Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church in Palmer, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Gene Holtorf. Burial will be at the St. John's Cemetery, Palmer, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to St. John's Endowment fund c/o the funeral home
