ELIZABETH KATHERINE PAYNE, 83, died, February 18, 2007 at Clay County Medical Center. Elizabeth was born February 25, 1923 in Kline,Colorado to Gus and Jewel (Williams) Townsend. Elizabeth has lived in Wakefield, Kansas for several years. Funeral Services will be held at a later date at Mead Mortuary in Barstow, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to Meadowlark Hospice c/o the funeral home.
