ELSIE MAE SEITZ, 95 died Friday, April 9, 2009 at the Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS. She was born on October 12, 1913 in Riley County,KS the daughter of Elmer and Beda Segrid (Peterson) Erickson. She attended District #93 Rural Grade School and graduated from Wakefield High School. She married Ernest Seitz on Oct 11, 1933. They farmed northeast of Wakefield and near Longford until Ernest retired in 1971 and moved to Clay Center. She worked at Clay County CO-OP for 20 years. Ernest preceded her in death on Aprin 16, 1976. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center. She is also preceded by 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 step sister. Survivors: Son: Duane and wife Jo Ellen Seitz, Marion, IN Daughter: Lois Wiginton, Woodsboro, TX Brother: Oren and wife Lavone Erickson, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 9 Grand, 21 Great-grand and 14 Great-great-grand Funeral Services: Monday,April 13, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Chapel in Clay Center, Kansas.
