Esther Everett

ESTHER L. EVERETT died May 27, 2012 at Presbyterian Manor, Clay Center, KS at the age of 96. She was born on October 5, 1915 in Ottawa County, Kansas the daughter of John and Emma (Foote) Hazlett. Esther married Elwood Everett on May 18, 1932 in Concordia, Kansas and he preceded her on February 18, 1997. She and her husband ran a custom harvesting operation for 43 years. Esther was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church of Longford, Kansas and the Order of Eastern Star of Oak Hill, Kansas. Survivors include: Son: Lloyd Everett, Clay Center, KS Sister: Zeldean Hazlett, Minneapolis, KS Grandchildren: 2 Grandchildren, 7 Great-grandchildren and 7 Great-great-grandhildren Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 10:30PM at the Bethel United Methodist Church in Longford, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Larry Brock. Burial will be at the Rose Meron Cemetery, Clay County, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 30th from 3:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Bethel United Methodist Church c/o the funeral home
