EVERETT TRAHAN died December 21, 2009 at Ottawa County Hospital, Minneapolis, KS at
the age of 88. He was born on October 27, 1921, the
son of Joseph and Addie (Adam) Trahan. He was born and raised in Cloud County near Aurora. He served in
the Army Air Corps and later the infantry during WWII. Everett married Maxine Goldenstein on
May 4, 1944. He was a farmer/stockman near Miltonvale. He enjoyed his Herford cattle and
grayhound dogs. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in
Miltonvale, Farm Bureau, CO-OP. He was a life-time member of the American Legion and V.F.W. both of Concordia. Everett is
preceded in death by a daughter, Mary, a grandson, Joshua, a brother, Francis and a sister,
Theresa Sorell

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 28, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony
Catholic Church in Miltonvale, Kansas.
Officiating the service will be The Rev. Larry Grennan.
Burial will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on 2-4:30 PM at Phelps Funeral Home with rosary at 4:30
