Ferdinand Schwab

FERDINAND R. SCHWAB died December 2, 2009 at Mercy Health Center College Ave, Manhattan, KS at the age of 81. He was born on April 29, 1928 in Vining Kansas, the son of Rudolph and Orpha May (Heitsman) Schwab. He was raised in Clifton, KS. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He married Edna Marie DeLude on September 16, 1950. They farmed in the Clifton area. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Survivors include: Wife: Edna Marie Schwab, Clifton, KS Daughter: Sheryl and husband Gary Hall, Morganville, KS Son: Marvin and wife Polly Schwab, Morganville, KS Sister: Mary Jean Tanner, Portland, OR Grandchildren: 4 Grand Funeral Services will be held on 10:30 AM, December 5, 2009 at Sat at the Turner Chapel in Clifton, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Father Larry Letourneau. Burial will be at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Vining, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 4-7 PM Friday at Turner Funeral Chapel
