LELA FLORENCE BAKER, 93 died July 1, 2015 at Clay County Medical Center in Clay Center, KS. She was born on July 6, 1921 in Clay County, KS, the daughter of John and Lizzie (Gallagher) Baker. Florence was raised in the Oak Hill community. She attended Bouldin School and graduated from Longford High School. She was a member of the Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, serving as an Elder, O.E.S. and Rebekah Lodge. She is preceded by her parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors: Many Nieces and Newphews Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:30am at the Oak Hill Presbyterian Church in Oak Hill, KS Officiating the service will be Rev. Scott Lingle Burial will be in the Idana Cemetery, Idana, KS Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from from 2-5pm at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home Memorials: Oak Hill Presbyterian Church or the Longford Library c/o the funeral home.
