Genevieve Siebold

GENEVIEVE SIEBOLD died September 7, 2012 at Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS at the age of 88.Genevieve was born on July 17, 1924 in Beverly, Kansas the daughter of Thomas and Viola (Conley) Kidwell. Genevieve grew up in Salina and attended Salina schools. She moved to Clay Center in 1936. Genevieve married Clarence Siebold on September 28, 1942 and he preceded her in death on December 25, 2002. She was also preceded in death by a sister and a brother. Genevieve was a member of the Clay Center United Methodist Church, the Red Hat Society, Friendship Club, and the B.P.O.E. Survivors include: Daughter: Saundra and husband Jim Dunbar, Clay Center , KS Daughter: Deniece and husband Larry Mossburgh, Clay Center, KS Brother: Paul and wife Donna Kidwell, Clay Center, KS 3 Grandchildren, 3 Great-grandchildren, 2 Step-grandchildren and 6 Step-great-grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Larry Myers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to American Heart Association and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
