George Gray

GEORGE WESLEY GRAY died September 5, 2011 at Chapman Valley Manor, Chapman, KS at the age of 93. He was born on January 14, 1918 in Ottawa County, Kansas the son of Frank and Ressa Mae (Bulleigh) Gray. George attended Union School. He married Georgia Catlin on February 18,1939. They farmed in the Miltonvale area until before moving to Miltonvale in 1995. Georgia preceded him in death on August 9, 2001. George is anso preceded by a son, Dwight, 3 grandchildren, 3 sisters and a brother. Survivors include: Son: Frank and wife Sherryl Gray, Abilene, KS Daughter: Diane and husband Noble Hargett, Monett, MO Son: Lester Gray, Abilene, KS Daughter: Yvonne Taylor, Abilene, KS Sister: Hazel Begnoche, Hutchinson, KS 10 Grandchildren and 23 Great-grandchildren & 4 Great-great-grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church in Miltonvale Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Mark Surbrook. Burial will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, Kansas.
