HAROLD BERDELL HOTCHKISS died February 7, 2008 at Sunshine Meadows Retirement Community, Buhler, KS at the age of 95. He was born on September 23, 1912 in Miltonvale, Kansas the Son of Alfred Hotchkis and Rachel Easter Andrews. He married Lorine Trudell on June 2, 1937. Harold was an active minister in the Wesleyan Church for 48 years, serving churches in New Hope, Belleville, Manhattan, Ottawa, Concordia, Phillipsburg, Kansas City Immanuel and Clay Center, retiring in 1986. He served as interim pastor for Bethany Chapel Church from 1990 to 1992. Harold tuned pienos for over 37 years as a part time career. He was a member of the Kansas Conference of the Wesleyan Church serving as a Board Member and Conference Treasurer. He was also a member of the Lions Club and Silvertones both of Clay Center and attended the Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church. Survivors include: Wife: Lorine Hotchkiss, Buhler, KS Daughter: Jeanette and husbanfd Eugene Krenzin, Hutchinson, KS 2 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 10:30 AM at the Wesleyan Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Pastor Mike Paschall and Pastor Elmer Brannon Burial will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 2-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Clay Center Welseyan Church or Bartelsville Welseyan College c/o the funeral home
