Hazel Ming

HAZEL BEATRICE MING died December 22, 2010 at Good Samaritan Center, Minneapolis, KS at the age of 100. She was born on June 3, 1910 in Cloud County, Kansas the daughter of Jess and Mary (Lynch) Watson. Hazel graduated from Miltonvale Welseyan College. She married Clarence William Ming on May 27, 1931. He preceded her in death on November 12, 1996. Hazel is also preceded by an infant son Evertt, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She was a member of F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church. Survivors include: Son: LeRoy and wife Evelyn Ming, Scranton, KS Son: Ernest and wife Sonnie Ming, Greeley, CO Daughter: Leona and husband Don Lott, Minneapolis, KS 6 Grandchildren, 4 Step-Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, 7 Step-Great-Grandchildren, 1 Step-Great-great-grandchild Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010 at 1:30 PM at the Phelps Funeral Home in Miltonvale, KS. Officiating the service will be Rev. David Redmond. Burial will be at the Sulphur Springs Cemetery, Cloud County, KS.
