JAMES HENRY WOELLHOF died November 16, 2012 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS at the age of 90. JAMES HENRY WOELLHOF was born on April 7, 1922 in Clay County Kansas, the son of Henry Woellhof and Alice Hemphill. James was raised in Clay County and graduated from CCCHS in 1940. He served in the US Army during WWII. James married Marjorie Schurr on February 6, 1946. He farmed in Clay County his entire life. Marjorie preceded him in death on August 29, 1992. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include: Daughter: Martha Auril, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Linda and husband Jeff Thompson, Rochester, MN Daughter: Martha Averill, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Jan and husband Rod Proctor, Topeka, KS Son: Kim and wife Debra Woellhof, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 8 Grand and 10 Great-grand Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Monday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to First Presbyterian Church c/o the funeral home
