Jean Ann Poore

Jean Ann Poore, 75 died May 17, 2026 in Clay Center, KS. She was born on January 9, 1951 in Clay Center, the daughter of Dale and Marcella (Hazlett) Poore. Jean Ann was raised in Clay Center and was a Class of 1969 graduate from Clay Center Community High School. She worked at the Sunflower Café and at the laundromat. Jean Ann was a member of the United Methodist Church and American Legion Auxiliary, both of Clay Center. She enjoyed helping teach Vacation Bible School at the church. Jean Ann was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Lawrence Bull.
