Jeannette Fox

JEANNETTE FOX died June 29, 2011 at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center, Topeka, KS at the age of 92. She was born on March 13, 1919 in Clay Center, Kansas, the daughter of Herman, Sr and Jennie (Murphy) Lippert. Jeannette was raised in Clay Center where she graduated from CCCHS. She worked at Carly's Ice Cream before marrying Arthur Fox on August 18, 1940. They moved to a farm south of Clay Center. They returned to Clay Center in 2003. Arthur preceded her in death on May 12, 2003. Jeannette was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church in Clay Center. She was also preceded in death by a son, Larry, son-in-law, William D. Trahan, 1 brother and 2 sisters. Survivors include: Son: Bill and wife Sandy Fox, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Carol Fox Trahan, Topeka, KS Brother: Herman Lippert, Jr, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 5 Grand and 7 Great-grand Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Paul Tessaro. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
