JEFFREY ALAN HORNBOSTEL died April 12, 2013 at Salina Regional Health Center Santa Fe Campus, Salina, KS at the age of 43. He was born on May 23, 1969 in Wichita, Kansas the son of Harlin and Retha (McCann) Hornbostel. Jeffrey was a graduate of Linn High School in 1987. He received a Associates degree from Manhattan Vo-Tech. He worked for Manko Window Systems Inc. in Manhattan as a draftsman. He was Baptised and Confirmed in St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Palmer, Kansas. He was a former member of the Clay Center Presbyterian Church. Survivors include: Parents: Harlin and Retha Hornbostel, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Cassidy Hornbostel, Scott City, KS Daughter: Chandler Hornbostel, Scott City, KS Sister: Gwen and husband Paul Wright, Clay Center, KS Sister: Chris and husband Armin Blanken, Greenleaf, KS Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 1:30PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 16 from 3:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Ronald McDonald House c/o the funeral home
