Jeffrey Shannon

JEFFREY J. SHANNON died April 2, 2013 at Via Christi St. Francis, Wichita, KS at the age of 53. He was born on September 23, 1959 in Washington Kansas, the son of Neil and Onette (Isaacson) Shannon. Jeffrey grew up in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1977. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1985 and worked for Jentronics in Clay Center and most rcently for Quickertek in Wichita. Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include: Mother: Onette Shannon, Clay Center, KS Brother: Michael and wife Kimberly Shannon, Clay Center, KS Sister: Janis Ward, Chanute, KS Brother: Lynn and wife Cathy Shannon, Arlington, TX Sister: Mary and husband Dale Bienusa, Dixon, MO Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 10:30AM at the Clay Center United Methodist Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Herb Mugler. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Wichita, KS. Memorials can be made to may be made to the Jeffery Shannon Memorial Fund to be designated later by the family and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
