Jewel Robinson, 87 died November 11, 2018 in Clay Cetner, KS. She was born on May 11, 1931 in Bala, KS, the daughter of Irving and Ruth (McKinley) Woodbury. Jewel was raised in the Bala and Morganville communities. She married Dana Robinson on December 26, 1948. Jewel graduated from CCCHS in 1949. Dana and Jewel lived in several communities as Dana sold insurance before returning to Clay Center. Jewel worked at Key Farms and in the shipping department at Hutchinson Manufacturing. Dana preceded her in death on November 28, 2014. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Parkinson’s Support group. Jewel was also preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Brenda; two sisters, Anna (Harry) Stevens, Ruth Craig; brother, Hoyt Woodbury; brother in laws, Clayton (Juanita) Robinson, Raymond (Florene) Robinson.
