Joann Beeson

JOANN BEESON died July 2, 2008 at Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS at the age of 80. She was born on July 14, 1927 in Lincoln NE, the daughter of John and Josephine (Carlson) White. She married Leonard Beeson on August 21, 1944 and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2001. She was a housekeeper at the Cedar Court Motel in Clay Center for several years. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Clara. Survivors include: Son: Don and wife Cathy Beeson, Tecumseh, KS Daughter: Mary Jo and husband Jerry Klima, Lincoln, NE Brother: John White, Wichita, KS Sister: Fay May, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 3 Grand and 8 Great Grand Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Chapel in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Dr. James Beck. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 10:30 AM until service time Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Clay Center Leisure Center
