John Lewis Mcchesney

JOHN LEWIS MCCHESNEY, 76 died August 20, 2007 at his residence in Clay Center, KS. He was born March 20, 1931 in Clay Center Kansas, the son of Wilder "Slim" and Catherine (Marsh) McChesney. He was station in Malta while serving in the US Navy. He married Bonnie (Reed) Carlson on August 21, 1966 and she survives of the home. He farmed in the Bloom and Mulberry Townships in Clay County with his brother. He also worked as a Fertilizer Applicator for COOP of Clay Center. He was a member of Clifton American Legion and Past Exhaulted Ruler of the ELKS Lodge. He is preceded by a Granddaughter, Brooke Taylor and his parents.
