John Turner, Sr.

John Franklin Turner Sr., 89 died July 21, 2022, in Clay Center, KS.  He was born on January 24, 1933, in El Dorado, the son of Lloyd and Hazel (Towner) Turner.  John was raised in the El Dorado community.  He married Beulah Dickson on October 21, 1950.  John worked on oil rigs and later as an insulation installer. Beulah preceded him in death on August 6, 2020.  John enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and watching westerns on television.  He was also preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Cheryl; 3 sisters and 5 brothers.
