John Walker

John A. Walker, 66 died February 7, 2018. He was born on March 27, 1951, the son of Don and Anna Marie (Lohrmeyer) Walker. John was raised in Idana, KS and graduated from CCCHS in 1969. He served in the US Navy during the Viet Nam War. John made his home in California and worked as a pipefitter and plumber. He returned to Kansas in the 1990’s. John was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Mellies and Patricia Walker; brothers, David and Jack Walker. Survivors: Sister: Nancy and husband Keith Winter, Palmer, KS Brother: Bob and wife Ginger Walker, Clay Center, KS Private family services will be held at a later date.
