JOHNATHON LEE STUNKEL died May 4, 2012 in Clay Center, KS at the age of 18. He was born on January 12, 1994 in Washington, KS the son of James and Mirna (Flores) Stunkel. Johnathon was raised in Clay Center and was a member of the CCCHS Class of 2012. Survivors include: Mother: Mirna and husband Bill Malcolm, Clay Center, KS Father: James Stunkel, Clay Center, KS Sister: Kristina Balthazor, Concordia, KS Sister: Ashley Stunkel, Clay Center, KS Half-sister: Mercedes Stunkel, Junction City, KS Half-sister: Samantha Stunkel, Junction City, KS Grandmother: Margarita Flores, TX Grandmother: Geraldine Stunkel, Clifton, KS Great-grandmother: Betty Long, Linn, KS Memorial Services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers. Visitation will be held on 3-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Johnathon Stunkel memorial fund to be designated later c/o the funeral home An additional memorial service is scheduled for Friday, May 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Palmer, KS, Pastor Tom Sahl will officiate.
