Judy Billings

Judy L. Billings, 60, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan, KS. She was born April 25, 1958 in Orlando Fl. to Warren and Lola (Yeager) Dugan.  Judy graduated from Riley High School in 1977. She married Henry (Ed) Billings June 24, 1979. She cooked for K-State, Presbyterian Manor, Clay Center American Legion and several other places. She liked to crochet, fish and loved animals. She was a member of Clay Center Christian Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Warren Dugan. Judy is survived by her husband, Ed Billings, Clay Center, Son's, Dale Billings and David (Sonja) Billings, both of Clay Center. Mother, Lola Dugan of Chapman, brother, Dale (Connie) Dugan of Chapman. Niece and Nephew: Jodie Dugan and Cory Dugan Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 16 from 5-8pm at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 10:00am at the Clay Center Christian Church with Pastor Kevin Larson officiating. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas Memorials can be made to Good Shepherd Hospice c/o the funeral home
