Kelly B. James, 62 died November 3, 2018 in Manhattan, KS. He was born on September 24, 1956 in Clay Center, KS, the son of William (Bill) James and Leann Spilker. Kelly attended Tubbs Country School and Wakefield Grade school. He attended Jr High in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1975. After graduation he moved to Texas and was a sales rep for Potts Longhorn Saddle Company before returning to Clay Center in 1991. Kelly worked for Girton Transport which later became L.L.L. Transport. He married Wendy Cornwell on August 7, 1982. Kelly was a member of the United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Bill James and step-mother Carole James.
