KENNETH STEWART died September 16, 2010 at 605 Navajo Rd, Wakefield, KS at
the age of 69. He was born on July 24, 1941 in Warrensburg, MO the son of James and Opal
(Huff) Stewart. Kenneth was raised in Warrensburg before moving to Colorado. He graduated
from GM Automotive school. Kenneth joined the US Army and served two tours in the Viet
Nam war. He was stationed at Ft. Knox, then in Germany and at Ft. Riley where he retired. Kenneth
married Renate Heeg on November 22, 1962 in Germany, she survives of the home. He also
worked for the Geary Co. Sherrif's Department and as a mechanic at Gross Wrecker, LSI and
through civil service at Ft. Riley. Kenneth was a member of the American Legion in Chapman
and the VFW in Wakefield. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Glenn.

13 Grandchildren & 12 Great-Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Timber Creek
Cemetery in Wakefield, Kansas.
Officiating the service will be Chaplain Doug Brown.
Burial will be at the Timber Creek Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on None
