Larry Bender

Larry Bender, 77 died November 28, 2017. He was born on April 8, 1940, the son of LeRoy and Alice (Savage) Bender. Larry was raised in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1959 and attended Emporia State University. Larry was an ordained minister and served congregations throughout Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Sister: Jane and husband Marvin Sherbert, Clay Center, KS Brother: Steve Bender, Salina, KS Two nieces and three nephews Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home in Clay Center, KS Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 2-5 PM at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home Memorials: KMH (Kansas Masonic Home) c/o the funeral home
