LARRY L. LINQUIST died May 14, 2013 at his residence in Clay Center, KS at the age
of 67. He was born on March 17, 1946 in Clay Center Kansas, the son of Floyd and Florence
(Bidwell) Linquist.
Larry graduated from CCCHS in 1964. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam.
Larry married Ida Jackson on August 23, 1969 and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2003.
Larry worked for the Rock Island Railroad for 10 years and then as a welder for Hutchinson
Manufacturing until his retirement in 2004. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and a
life-time member of the American Legion.

Daughter: Tammy and husband Gerald Dickerson, Orange Park, FL
Grandchildren: 4 grandchildren
Sister: Jean Edwards, Manhattan, KS
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the
Neill-Schwensen-Rook Chapel in Clay Center, Kansas.
Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers.
Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on will be held from 3-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Johnson Center for Basic Cancer Research at KSU and can be
sent in care of the funeral home.
