Lavada Probst

Lavada R. Probst, 90, of Clay Center, Kansas died on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Advena Living of Clay Center.  She was born on December 27, 1934, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, the daughter of Obie and Mary Faye (Bryant) Poindexter.  Lavada worked as a nurse's aide at the Clay Center Presbyterian Manor for over 13 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Audrey and 3 brothers, Eli, Herschel and Obie Dean Poindexter.

Lavada is survived by her husband, Fred Probst; 2 sons, William and Brian; 3 daughters, JoAnn, Vicki and Mona and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
